The Scotsman HD30B-1 iceValet® ice dispenser can hold 180 pounds of ice at once, and ice is kept frozen with polyurethane insulation that is foamed in between the interior and exterior walls. Dispensing ice is straightforward with the push chute, and most hotel buckets can fit into the wide dispensing area. To keep floors dry and mess-free, a trough underneath the push chute catches stray ice.
For durability and corrosion resistance, the Scotsman HD30B-1 ice dispenser has a metallic cabinet. Legs ensure the unit stands upright on uneven flooring, and an ice machine is not included with this unit. When cleaning the bin, the top panel can be removed, and its 11-foot-long cord enables it to be placed far from an outlet.
