Product is designed to be inserted inside the electro-polished stainless steel basket, which is then ascended or lowered with an automatic basket lift. This unit is made of seamless, durable stainless steel to provide a degree of corrosion resistance and strength. The lower end of this compact, 241/16-inch-wide design features a reversible swing door, allowing employees to breach the built-in oil filtration system when needed. For consistent quality taste, this filtration system increases cooking oil life by 50 percent.
The KitDel KD-EAL-45-C electric fryer’s computer controller system eases management and operation because it’s pre-programmed with 50 menu items. This control panel grants a reachable range of 350 degrees Fahrenheit and a high-limit temperature of 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Users can choose operations, such as energy-saving cool mode, force-filter, and boil-out programs. Its password security ensures it’s not accessed by unauthorized users, and the display can be set to multiple languages.
